To hold our own team accountable, every moderator action — opening a specific conversation for review, removing a message, or restoring a previously removed message — is recorded in an internal, admin-only audit log including the moderator's identity and, for removals, a reason.

When a message is removed by a moderator, it is replaced for all participants with a visible placeholder that notes the removal and the stated reason (e.g., “Removed by admin — platform rule violation”). The original message content is retained internally for recordkeeping, appeals, and legal compliance, and is not re-shown to participants.

You can unsend your own messages within 60 seconds of sending. After that window, please contact questions@vibeinpocket.com for takedown requests. Soft-deleted messages (both self-unsends and moderator removals) remain in our backend for a limited retention period before being purged on our normal schedule.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.
