Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vibe In Pocket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibe In Pocket is an online forum platform that allows users to share stories, posts, thoughts, and engage with others through comments, replies, likes, and dislikes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Vibe In Pocket. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Impersonates others
• Violates any applicable laws

5. Community Guidelines

We expect all users to treat each other with respect. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and abusive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

All user-generated content is subject to review. This includes public forum posts and comments as well as private 1-on-1 chats and group channel messages. Our moderation team may review messages when there is a reasonable need to do so — for example, responding to an abuse report, investigating suspected violations of these Terms, or addressing illegal content — and may remove any message that violates these guidelines. All moderator actions are recorded in an internal audit log. See our Privacy Policy §6 for details on how moderation is handled.

Unsending your own messages. You may unsend a message you sent within 60 seconds of sending it. After you unsend, the message is replaced with a “Message unsent” placeholder for all participants. To keep a faithful record for safety investigations and legal compliance, the original message content is retained internally after an unsend and is not shown to other participants. If you need a message removed after the 60-second window has closed, contact questions@vibeinpocket.com.

Reactions and mentions. Adding or removing an emoji reaction, or @-mentioning another user, does not grant additional access to the mentioned user's account or otherwise modify their data; it simply attaches a reaction or a notification to the message. Reactions are visible to all participants of the conversation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vibe In Pocket and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vibe In Pocket, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
